CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in denial of future booking privileges. • One complimentary reschedule is permitted using your original deposit. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit to secure a future appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
